We asked one of our highly valued team members, Kwad, a few spotlight questions. Take a read of his answers and get to know him a little better.

Can you give us a two sentence bio about yourself?

An exciting character who tries to seek excellence and go above and beyond. Has a fear of being average! The aim is to always exceed expectations in every aspect

What do you do at MLG Healthcare on a daily basis?

Ensures the team remains focused and motivated to achieve targets set as well as supporting management with any duties that have been set out. A constant support mechanism to all areas of the business from the sales floor back through to back office. One of the many vital cogs in our successful system

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I would have to say watching the business and those around me grow and progress. There is no greater feeling that knowing those that your team is on the up. Being there to support, manage and coach is extremely rewarding.

What advice were you given in your career that has stuck with you?

There has been quite a few that have stuck with me:
“Always go into the day looking to do something exceptional. Don’t be a wandering generality”
“F.A.I.L stands for “First Attempt In Learning” and “N.O stands for “Next Opportunity”
“As long as you are moving forward, no matter how small, it’s still progression”

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

F1 driver

How do you relax when you’re not at work?

As a DJ, most of my time is spent going through or acquiring new music. Other than just chilling or playing footy!

What accomplishment are you most proud of?

In previous employment, I did not have the best of starts, but once I got through that difficult phase, I went on to get 3 promotions in 3 years!

What is your most treasured possession?

This is a tough one!!! I would either say all my music on vinyl or the vehicle that brings me to work every day!

Tell us something different about yourself?

I spent 2 years as a semi-professional street dancer.
